Einstein on consciousness
A human being is a part of a whole, called by us 'universe', a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings as something separated from the rest... a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty.

what if somebody has widened his thoughts ...but he sees evrybody crying for things which u dont care for ..rather d thing is u can control all the desires of ur own and the d same thing u want to communicate to others to learn to control those desires or trying to explain that how brain is working ...how dis feeling is ephemeral and with time it would gradually die ....y u got attracted ...ur feelings ...etc etc...but the problem is u r bound to live amongst dem ...u cnt be complaining evrytim ...which leaves u living a dull life with no aim for u....
